What's New for Year Two?
Year Two students collaboratively wrote a poem for the news page on our school's new website. Each student wrote about what was new at school in 2019, and they answered using a pattern. Their result is a poem. They hope you like it.

Our petite kindies who eat with their buddies
Our diverse classes that keep us safe and warm and dry
Our eager teachers who teach us something different every day
Our generous principal who has morning tea with children with three Principal Awards
Our interesting grade where we change ideas
Our invigorating air-conditioning that gives us strength to learn
Our different students who are shy and excited
Our newfound friends who are extremely kind and helpful
Our superb school leaders who present weekly assembly
Our amazing assemblies where kids get awards for doing the right thing
Our secure fence that keeps us safe inside.
